Transcription: Click the Glossary button to open the Netcracker Glossary. The Glossary displays a short explanation of terms that appear in Netcracker. If you want to see an explanation of a specific term, click the letter it starts with and use the arrow keys to scroll up and down the Glossary list. Click the Words for Tool button to display a list of terms related to the tool you're in. When you're done, click Exit.
